Payment and Billing

- We typically require 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery
- Prices exclude taxes unless explicitly stated
- Late payment may result in work suspension
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership transfers to client after full payment
- We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio
- Client may not resell work as a template
- Original code and designs are copyright protected
Cancellation and Refunds
- Project can be cancelled before work begins with full refund
- After work begins, cost of completed work is charged
- Refunds not available after project delivery
- We reserve the right to cancel projects in certain cases
Warranty and Maintenance
- We provide 30-day free warranty after delivery
- Warranty covers bug fixes only
- Design modifications are not covered
- Monthly and annual maintenance contracts available
